• Tickets must be purchased in advance at the Travel Office, Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Guests are welcome and must be 50 years of age or older.
• Passengers board in order of ticket number.
• Please advise if you have dietary concerns and we will try and accommodate you.
• All bus trips include gratuities and all taxes.
• Ticket holders should be at the Centre at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time, the bus will wait 5 minutes only for late comers.
• If you are unwell on the day of the trip, call the travel office to let us know you won’t be attending the trip that day.
• We will not be responsible for any changes to our original itinerary or delays due to uncontrollable circumstances or difficult weather.
• Full refunds are issued if the Centre is responsible for a cancelled program.
