Being Prepared Makes Sense with Tammy Hepditch, Licensed Funeral Preplanner & Aftercare Specialist from Ridley Funeral Home.

The Vibrant Living Series begins this fall, a new monthly speaker series designed to inform, inspire, and empower adults & seniors with honest, practical advice on topics that matter most.

Life can be so busy taking care of our children, partners, career, home and health.

When a loved one dies, everything screeches to a halt and our focus pivots to some of the most difficult decisions we've ever had to make. Grief clouds our ability to think clearly, yet critical time-sensitive decisions still have to be made.

Most don't know that a funeral plan can be put in place ahead of time, lessening what will be asked of our loved o-nes later. Making end-of-life decisions need not happen at end-of-life.

In this presentation, we walk attendees through what can be done in advance (and for free). No matter which funeral home someone chooses, this presentation will help. Being prepared makes sense.

Learn from trusted and honest experts on topics that matter to you.

Register in advance to ensure adequate seating!

To RSVP, register in-person at the Admin Office at AACM or call 905-615-3207.

Dress to impress in your most spook-tacular and eerie-sistible Halloween costume for a chance to win Best Costume.

Every step you take helps us keep programs affordable (or free!) and full of energy.

Let's walk, laugh, and make a difference - together!

Calling All Team Captains!
We're looking for 10 captains to lead teams during the Walkathon.
Each team will pick a creative Halloween-themed name, and captains will receive a Captain's Kit (sign-up sheets and a special treat).
The team that brings out the most walkers will win a free lunch!

Celebrate & Remember
Memory Tree: Honour someone special by writing their name on a leaf and adding it to our tree.
Why We Walk Polaroids: Capture a fun keepsake photo during the event - your photo will also be displayed on the Memory Tree.

Bring Someone Along!
