Instructor: Dr. Jeff Appelmann
In cancer care, both diet and supplements (including herbs) can play pivotal roles in helping an individual successfully navigate their cancer journey. But are all these things that are promoted as being good for cancer actually good for every type of cancer? And are all of these safe to take with conventional treatments such as chemotherapy, biological therapy, and radiation?
Dr. Jeff Appelmann has worked closely with cancer patients for nearly two decades. Join him as he discusses some of the more commonly used supplements and nutritional choices for cancer care (including the management of side effects), and what they are safe to use with, and when to avoid them.

The main difference between the xylophone and glockenspiel is that the bars of the xylophone are wooden whereas the bars in the glockenspiel are made of steel. Hence their names, glockenspiel and xylophone: "glock" in Germany refers to "bells" whereas "xylo" in xylophone refers to "wood". ~ differencebetween.net

One of the most obstructive lifestyle problems is the declining condition of the spine. Various types of backaches and postural problems, though more prevalent with the elderly, do not spare the young. Increased weight and lifestyle are often complicating already existing problems. Even though these problems are not life-threatening, when mobility or pain issues suddenly become daily companions, lifestyle limitations are inevitable for individuals and their families.
Join Viera Povazan to discuss what your body is telling you and how you can implement natural, immediate, and simple strategies to feel better!
