To kick off Seniors' Month, June 2019, the City of Mississauga is partnering with the Older Adult Advisory Panel (OAAP) and the Community Centre Older Adult Committee (CCOAC) to host the annual Mississauga Older Adult Expo. This is a free, full-day expo that connects older adults across the City. There are giveaways, events and demonstrations for you to enjoy. Events include fitness sessions, computer and technology advice, nutritional refreshments throughout the day, plus over 70 on-site exhibitors. ~ Info from Mississauga Older Adult website: www.mississauga.ca/olderadults.
