Thelma Bowman will be celebrating her 75th birthday on this day. There will be a DJ with music from the 50s, 60s and 70s, dance performance by Jack and Thelma, all attendees are welcome to participate in line dancing and ballroom dancing. Plenty of hot, delicious Chinese buffet food will be served along with coffee, tea, water and birthday cake.

Lianne Harris reveals the early Scandinavian colonization of the western world, and dispels the myths that still cling to our understanding of these tenacious people as we learn how their exploration, practices, industry, and artistic achievements are still felt today.
Bio: Lianne Harris Racioppo is an author, teacher, business owner, public speaker artist, and historian. She is the co-owner of Natural Stuff Inc., dedicated to education and healthcare. Lianne was chosen as one of Toronto's Top Achievers by W.O.M.A.D. (Women in Advertising). She is the author of historical novels used in US gifted programs and was an exhibiting artist at the Royal Ontario Museum, Roy Thomson Hall, The I.D.A. Gallery, and The Shaw Festival. A resource specialist in education, she has taught over 50 000 students and adults and has been the key-note speaker at many professional, academic and organization events. Lianne is a graduate of York University. She is currently working on her next book about women in history.
